• Experience supervising a union workforce preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints required.

• Supervises a crew of 10 to 30+ employees.
• Ensures quality, quantity, and on-time shipment while meeting production schedules and costs.
• Coordinates with QA, engineering, and production planning to optimize workflow and tooling.
