Grassland Dairy Products, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Safety Coordinator in Greenwood, Wisconsin to promote a safe, compliant, and productive workplace.

This role supports OSHA requirements across Grassland locations and affiliated facilities, coordinating with sister plants and reporting to the Corporate Safety Director. The position entails implementing safety programs, conducting audits, training employees, and tracking injury data.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required; associates preferred.
• 2+ years in safety, occupational health, or manufacturing.
• Strong detail orientation and organizational ability.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement Grassland and OSHA policies and programs.
• Advise employees on safety topics and tasks.
• Prepare and present safety training.
• Review policies to stay compliant and accurate.
• Support sister plants' safety departments as directed.
• Conduct safety audits for policy compliance.
• Perform safety orientations for new hires.
• Track OSHA injury logs and workers' comp claims.
• Prepare reports on accidents and hazards and determine causes.
• Work with management to reduce workplace injuries.
• Conduct risk assessments and oversee compliant projects.
