The Sharon at SouthPark in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the second shift to lead nursing operations and mentor staff. You will ensure exceptional resident care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and drive clinical quality on your shift.

As a supervisory role in a nonprofit continuing care community, you will coordinate admissions, chart reviews, and regulatory compliance while supporting a patient‑centered culture and staff development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current North Carolina RN license, or compact state license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical‑thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising nursing staff to ensure high‑quality resident care.
• Oversees daily nursing operations within Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living.
• Monitors resident conditions and responds to clinical changes within scope of practice.
• Participates in admissions, transfers, discharges, and care planning activities.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacies, labs, therapists, and other providers.
• Reviews orders, tests, documentation, and treatments for accuracy and follow‑up.
