The Sharon at SouthPark in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Supervisor for the second shift. You will provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing services, mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality resident care in a collaborative, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current North Carolina RN license, or compact state license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for nursing services during the second shift.
• Lead and support nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care.
• Supervise daily nursing operations within Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in clinical status within scope of practice.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and care planning activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacies, laboratories, therapists, and other healthcare providers.
• Review physician orders, laboratory testing, clinical documentation, and treatments for accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Support quality assurance, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Coach, mentor, and develop nursing team members.
• Conduct resident rounds and address concerns proactively.
• Serve as a clinical resource for residents, families, and staff within scope of licensure.
