The Sharon at SouthPark in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced LPN Nurse Supervisor for the second shift to lead clinical operations and mentor nursing staff. This leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional resident care within a collaborative, resident-centered environment.

You will oversee nursing services, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to uphold care standards and improve quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (required).
• Current North Carolina LPN license, or compact state license.
• Current CPR certification and strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision for Second Shift nursing staff.
• Oversee nursing operations in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes within licensure scope.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and care planning.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary team members.
