Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a dedicated quarry worker to operate and maintain quarry equipment safely, conduct routine inspections, and support production goals. The role requires focus on safety and quality in a physically demanding environment.

The ideal candidate will have some familiarity with heavy equipment, be a strong team player, and willing to work flexible hours while following all safety procedures.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and maintain quarry equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform routine inspections and basic mechanical repairs
• Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies
• Assist with site housekeeping and safety compliance
• Support team operations to meet production goals

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
