Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a loader operator in the New York area to move and load materials at our site. You will operate loader equipment safely, inspect and report equipment conditions, and support production by supplying material to crushers and conveyors.

Candidates should be able to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment, follow safety procedures, and communicate effectively with teammates. Post-offer screenings and union benefits apply.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently to move and load materials
• Inspect, maintain, and report equipment conditions to ensure reliable operation
• Support production goals by supplying material to crushers, conveyors, and stockpiles
• Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily activities

Conditions of Employmen t

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
