Hyve Solutions, part of TD SYNNEX Corporation, seeks a Quality Team Lead for the second shift to supervise QC Inspectors and oversee daily QA activities across Server Assembly, Repair, Rack Build, and related processes.

The role requires building SME knowledge, ensuring adherence to quality plans, and coordinating with manufacturing to address non-conformances. Strong leadership and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Lead a team of QC Inspectors and coordinate daily activities.
• Become SME across Server Assembly, Repair, Rack Build and IQC areas.
• Interpret MPI's, QC Checklists, and Cable Matrixes to perform final inspections.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example a team of QC Inspectors on second shift.
• Support QC Inspectors and manufacturing areas in daily tasks across multiple QA areas.
• Document and escalate non-conformances per the Quality Plan; train new QC staff.
