Job summary

The candidate will lead quality and food safety initiatives, oversee audits, maintain HACCP/SQF systems, and drive continuous improvement across production with a focus on compliance and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality experience across QA/food safety.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control.
• Understanding of regulatory guidelines.
• Strong customer interaction skills.
• Experience in both salaried and hourly management.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of sensory analysis.
• Food or pharmaceutical industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and training to the plant in quality and food safety.
• Establish and review HACCP programs.
• Conduct customer, regulatory, and in-house audits.
• Monitor plant performance and implement action plans.
• Ensure records and SQF system adherence.
• Create a positive working environment that supports continuous improvement.
