Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in meat processing for at least 1 year.
• Demonstrate proper knife use and blade maintenance.
• Able to work in a noisy, cold industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Be on time at the beginning of every shift and after breaks.
• Train new hires and guide them through the on‑the‑job process.
• Assess training progress and ensure new hires are proficient.
• Maintain PPE and safety awareness during training sessions.
• Report daily progress and help new hires earn their white hard hats.
• Assist HR with tours and participate in annual training programs.
• Support cleanliness, GMP compliance, and safety procedures.
