Job summary

Hyundai Mobis, located in West Point, GA, seeks a shift trainer/lead for the 2nd shift to support production teams. You will train and mentor operators, monitor quality and safety, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma/GED, 3+ years in manufacturing, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Must be comfortable with shift changes and overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing/production.
• PC literate with Microsoft Office proficiency.
• JIS/JIT experience preferred.
• Analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Willing to work overtime and rotate shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production teams have proper tools and equipment.
• Monitor defects and ensure corrective action.
• Track production inventory with material handling.
• Apply total quality management practices on the floor.
• Train team members across shifts to maintain quality.
• Help maintain safety standards and productivity goals.
