The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years manufacturing experience with 3–5 years in supervision, and strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams. Flexibility to work early/late and weekends is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience plus 3–5 years as supervisor/manager.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe work environment in the assigned department and ensure proper safety training and PPE usage.
• Lead and monitor line efficiencies; recommend process/layout changes to reduce costs.
• Oversee product quality and timely production scheduling.
• Conduct accident/incident investigations and enforce discipline when needed.
• Train, mentor and develop employees; manage vacation calendar and timekeeping.
• Lead monthly continuous improvement projects and participate in company training.
