Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive leadership and performance management in manufacturing.
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills, with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations, leading ~60 employees on the second shift.
• Promote and enforce safety programs and PPE compliance.
• Monitor workflows, prioritize work, and optimize efficiency to meet schedules.
• Ensure product quality by training and verifying manufacturing standards.
• Manage staffing, coaching, evaluations, and hiring support.
• Develop and train employees to improve skills and engagement.
• Maintain production documentation and operational reports.
• Drive continuous improvement with lean practices and 5S.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Manage resources and budgets to maintain quality and efficiency.
