Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a Production Supervisor for the second shift to lead people and processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while driving continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with SAP and shop floor systems. ISO/IATF compliance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role within manufacturing; union environment experience a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; adaptability to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and OHSA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production to ensure on-time, in-sequence delivery.
• Communicate effectively with the team and maintain a safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, legislative requirements, and PPE standards.
• Oversee time and attendance, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Interface with logistics and maintenance to ensure material accuracy and preventive maintenance.
• Drive Kaizen activities and support ISO/IATF compliance initiatives.
