Job summary

Saint-Gobain is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (4:00pm–2:30am) to actively lead safety and environmental initiatives and drive world-class performance on the production floor.

The role requires deep knowledge of production processes, equipment, and GMP/QSR requirements. You will supervise and coach the production team, develop training plans, and partner with site leadership to meet objectives and sustain continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience supervising production employees in manufacturing.
• Familiar with ISO environment and WCM programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with business systems (QAD, Kronos, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Actively lead safety and environmental initiatives to achieve world class performance.
• Monitor performance of team and develop training plans for team development.
• Lead and coach direct reports; provide leadership support to site management as needed.
• Maintain current SOPs, BOMs and Quality Standards; ensure accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement and manage production metrics to GMP & QSR requirements.
• Set production personnel schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
