Job summary

Reser’s Fine Foods seeks a production supervisor to lead a team in a refrigerated food production environment. You will supervise activities, set expectations, provide training, and monitor performance to meet production goals.

Qualified candidates have 2–5 years of manufacturing experience, basic PC skills, and are bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Evening/weekend shifts may be required; strong collaboration with Quality and Safety is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years manufacturing experience required.
• Food industry experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic PC skills and MS Office experience.
• Evening/weekend scheduling beyond 40 hours in an exempt role.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates production activities, planning work schedules to meet goals.
• Sets expectations, trains and supports team, monitors performance, provides feedback.
• Prioritizes work and removes barriers to meet objectives.
• Collaborates with Quality, Distribution, Safety and other functions.
• Ensures compliance with FDA, HACCP, SQF, OSHA and other regulations.
• Prepares production reports and maintains documentation; monitors quality systems.
• Maintains focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
