Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Business Management or Engineering preferred with a minimum of 6 years related experience.

• Proven track record in Lean Management, continuous improvement, and cost/performance optimization.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production, optimize safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Supervise salaried and hourly associates and coordinate with plant partners.
• Drive safety culture and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Teach and develop the organization in lean manufacturing principles.
• Manage staffing, training, and talent development to meet company goals.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure on-time production.
