Printforce (BCSI) is hiring for Production Specialist roles on the second shift (12:00pm–8:30pm) at our on-site facility in Minnesota. The job offers a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days and opportunities to learn various printing and press skills within a stable, long-standing team.

You will operate multiple machines, prepare and package orders, and ensure quality while maintaining safety. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential for growth in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or pursuing
• Willingness to learn and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a team and deliver customer-focused service
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting mindset
• Ability to handle physical workload up to 50 lbs as part of production duties

Responsibilities

• Fulfill client orders efficiently, timely, and accurately.
• Troubleshoot and minimize client order errors proactively.
• Inspect all products and orders for quality standards (color, ink, margins).
• Reject runs that do not meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery.
