Job summary

PowerToFly is seeking a #3 Press Operator for the Eagan, Minnesota facility. You will operate state-of-the-art offset and digital presses, assist with setup, and support production while ensuring quality and safety. 2nd shift runs 2:30 pm–10:30 pm with occasional overtime and weekend shifts.

A $2,400 bonus is available after 90 days in role, plus a base pay range disclosed in posting. The role includes shift differentials ($4/hr on 2nd shift, $5/hr on 3rd shift), diverse benefits, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Experience in industrial maintenance or troubleshooting with production machinery is desirable.
• Strong mechanical/technical abilities and measurement skills.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and PPE usage for machine operation.
• Able to lift 5 lbs., push/pull up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Regularly stand, walk, crouch, bend and kneel during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist crew on the press, perform setup and production activities.
• Read DSR and job specs, stage materials for jobs.
• Quality-check products and complete transactions, bundle and tag items.
• Fill in for Lead/ Mid-Level Operators as needed.
• Monitor equipment, maintain clean work area, document activities (MII, SAP).
• Adhere to safety protocols and participate in safety training.
