Qualifications

• Experience overseeing production associates and using ERP/production reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day operations for an assigned production line during second shift.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate production employees.
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, and labor utilization.
• Identify and implement process improvements and lean initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production reports and documentation.
