Job summary

Ebara Elliott Energy is seeking a 2nd shift Lead to supervise daily operations and hourly personnel under the Service Center Manager. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while guiding continuous improvements across shop activities and technical execution.

The role requires a strong background in turbo machinery or manufacturing, with leadership experience and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to meet contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma and advanced technical training or equivalent experience in turbo machinery or manufacturing.
• Minimum of five (5) years in heavy equipment/part manufacturing or repair with two (2) years in a lead position.
• Detailed working knowledge of shop practices, repair, safety, quality, personnel, and administrative procedures.
• Technical ability to make decisions and direct assigned personnel to perform required assignments.
• Technical skills must include machining, assembly, manufacturing processes, and shop floor control.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and plan the shop's 2nd shift daily operations and hourly personnel.
• Foster safety-first culture and ensure compliance with safety processes and standards.
• Ensure work aligns with specifications and quality manual; monitor non-conformance and advise on corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement with standard work, 5S, housekeeping, and quality initiatives.
• Manage production scheduling, resource availability, and turnover in daily/weekly meetings.
• Coordinate with purchasing on tools and supplies; assist with hiring, training, and performance reviews.
