Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Rock Hill, SC seeks a Senior Shift Supervisor to lead a production line on second shift, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while guiding a team of production staff.

You will coach staff, drive daily goals, coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Maintenance, and pursue continuous improvement projects.

This full-time on-site role operates 2:30 PM–11:30 PM, with occasional extended hours as needed; an associate degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Manufacturing, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and manufacturing leadership experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day operations for an assigned production line during second shift.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Promote a strong safety culture and address unsafe conditions or behaviors.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production employees to achieve performance expectations.
• Coordinate staffing assignments and workflow to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor labor utilization, attendance, and overtime requirements.
• Train and cross-train employees to support operational flexibility and workforce development.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements related to safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
