Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain production schedule meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Maintain inventory controls and coordinate with supply chain and quality.
• Respond to operational issues affecting customer expectations and cycle time.
• Enforce company policies and foster a positive work environment.
• Timekeeping in ADP for direct reports; ensure safety practices.
• Assist with staffing and recruiting as needed.
