The role oversees production targets, resources, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery and quality while guiding a skilled team on a 10-hour Mon-Thu shift with OT as needed. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in manufacturing and 2+ years of experience, plus strong data analysis and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Computer literate with ability to analyze data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and allocates resources to meet production targets effectively and efficiently.
• Responds to resource issues; leads capacity planning and resource optimization.
• Ensures volume, conforming product, and on-time delivery targets.
• Identifies deficiencies and oversees improvement actions to boost performance.
• Manages resolution of critical product or equipment issues with internal teams.
• Provides leadership and development to create a skilled work group.
• Communicates regularly with all levels of the organization.
• Manages changes through effective change management techniques.
