Job summary

All Weather Architectural Aluminum in Vacaville, CA, is hiring a Second Shift Production Lead to supervise and coordinate daily production of windows and doors in a fast paced facility. You will ensure safety, quality, and on‑time targets, train and develop staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance and Shipping to optimize workflow and continuous improvement.

Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing and a working knowledge of lean principles are

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training a plus.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience (window/door manufacturing preferred).
• 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and measurements.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles is a plus.
• Basic computer skills (email, production software, data entry).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of production workers in the assembly and fabrication of windows and doors.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of manufacturing targets.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and perform routine inspections.
• Train and cross-train employees on various tasks, machinery, and safety procedures.
