All Weather Architectural Aluminum in Vacaville, CA, is seeking a Second Shift Production Lead to oversee daily production of windows and doors, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time output. You will supervise a team, monitor schedules, train staff, and collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and Shipping to keep the line running efficiently.

Qualifications include 3+ years manufacturing, 1+ year supervisory, ability to read blueprints, and knowledge of lean practices.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of manufacturing experience, Window/Door preferred.
  • 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Ability to read blueprints, work orders, measurements.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of production workers in assembly and fabrication of windows and doors.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work environment.
  • Train and cross-train employees on tasks, machinery, and safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, Shipping; report daily output and usage.

The Production Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the production lines in a custom window & door manufacturing facility. This role ensures that windows are manufactured efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company quality standards.
