Job summary

ALL WEATHER ARCHITECTURAL ALUMINUM INC in Vacaville, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support operations, streamline workflows, and review product designs for manufacturability. The role also covers process improvements and new product development.

Candidates should have a 4-year engineering degree and about 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the window/door sector, plus hands-on CNC/automation knowledge and Lean Six Sigma experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Streamline manufacturing processes and workflows using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Product design for manufacturing review and feasibility checks.
• Analyze and improve CNC programming, tooling, and throughput.
• Maintain process documentation and standard work; support new product launches.
