Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Production Associate to assist in the flow of production at our Indiana site. You will help move materials, verify part specs, and support processes to meet daily goals. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and hands-on use of hand tools to keep lines running smoothly.

Responsibilities include inventory maintenance, part movement, and basic repairs, with a full-time, hourly schedule (Mon-Fri, 3PM–1:30AM). Prior manufacturing exposure and blueprints reading are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing/industry experience preferred.
• Able to read basic blueprints and measurements.
• Use of hand tools required.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety rules and company policies.
• Maintain material inventory at work areas.
• Move raw materials through installation area.
• Ensure correct parts specifications for chassis completion.
• Ensure sufficient part supply at processing stations.
• Move completed parts to shipping area.
• Assist in repair work as needed.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices.
