Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to join a clean, climate-controlled facility where safety comes first. You will be trained in all aspects of the role, assemble windows, and work with a team to ensure quality while following English communication standards.

Shifts require overtime, with hourly pay ranging from $18.50 to $22.50 depending on shift. The role includes health benefits from day one, paid time off, and a built-in raise after six months, plus access to other Marvin benefits and

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, which could include drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
