Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to join our team. You will be trained in all aspects of the role and set up for success from day one in a clean, climate-controlled facility with safety as a top priority.

You will assemble products using basic tools and automated equipment, communicate in English, read instructions on a computer screen, and work with your supervisor to troubleshoot issues. Crosstraining across departments is encouraged to maximize opportunities and earnings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments to add variety and increase earnings.
