Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Production Associate to join its climate-controlled facility, with safety as a priority. You will be trained across all aspects of the role, working on window and door products, and eligible for growth and a built-in pay raise after 6 months.

Shifts require overtime, with pay rates of $18.50/hr, $21.50/hr, and $22.50/hr depending on schedule. Health benefits start day one, plus PTO and other family-friendly perks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to add variety to your day and increase earnings.
