Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Production Associate in Massachusetts to join a climate-controlled facility prioritizing safety and growth. You will be trained across production tasks, assemble windows, and communicate in English with your team. The role includes cross-training in multiple departments to increase variety and earnings.

Shifts include overtime with pay rates shown, and benefits begin at day one. A high school diploma is preferred, and the company supports relocation and language learning

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, this could include drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
