Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to join a clean, climate-controlled facility where safety comes first. You’ll be trained across roles, assemble windows using various tools, and communicate effectively in English with teammates.

The schedule includes mandatory overtime, with multiple shifts and wage rates. Relocation is possible within North Dakota, and Marvin offers comprehensive benefits from day one, including health coverage, PTO, and a built-in pay raise after six months.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• Ability to read visual and written instructions on a computer screen.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments to add variety to your workday and increase earnings.
