Job summary

LATICRETE International, a global leader in tile and stone installation systems, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the first shift. The role focuses on equipment start-up, preventative maintenance, and repairs in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, performing TPM tasks, and documenting work in the CMMS. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience, with good English

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience maintaining and repairing equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Good English language skills both verbal and written; basic computer literacy including MS Word/Excel/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment, grease bearings, change belts and fluids, and inspect machinery.
• Install, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment; dismantle and replace defective parts.
• Identify electrical, mechanical and pneumatic problems; use tools to isolate faults and support maintenance with OEM standards.
• Log work in the CMMS, complete shift end reports, and order replacement parts as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and assist with housekeeping as required.
