Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Precision Electromechanical Assembler 2 for the second shift in Rolling Meadows, IL. Join a team performing die attach, soldering, and precise alignment under strict EWI instructions and cleanroom protocols.

You will work with microscopes, calipers, and ERP SAP systems, producing high-reliability assemblies and maintaining detailed documentation for traceability. A Secret clearance is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, solder, and integrate precision electromechanical products per EWI and drawings.
• Maintain ESD and cleanroom procedures to prevent contamination.
• Document work instructions, process parameters, and lot traceability.
• Perform in-process inspection and basic troubleshooting; support rework as needed.
• Coordinate with engineering/quality/production on holds, escapes and yield impacts.
