Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Precision Electromechanical Assembler 4 (4th shift) in Rolling Meadows, IL. You will perform mechanical assembly of opto-mechanical, electro-optical, and electronic assemblies, following diagrams and drawings.

• Ability to read/interprete drawings and follow work instructions.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly of opto-mechanical, electro-optical and electronic assemblies.
• Read diagrams, lay out work, and use precision hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Conduct in-process inspections and assist with testing and alignment.
• Operate furnaces, honing/machining, and assist with fit-up and hardware installation.
• Maintain quality and be willing to work overtime or shift work.
