Alene Candles is seeking a Pour End Lead for the SECOND shift in Milford, NH. The role pays $24.00/hour plus a $1.00/hour shift differential and includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments.

Typical schedule is Mon-Thu, 1:15pm–11:15pm, with overtime during peak season and potential partial hours during holidays. The position requires 1–2 years in manufacturing and prior lead supervision, with strong knowledge of safety, quality control, and equipment operation.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to understand quality control methods.
• Ability to use various machines and practical skills.
• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., MS Office).

Aufgaben

• Lead and direct all production line operators.
• Maximize line efficiency with minimal direction.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Maintain 5S and orderly work environment.
• Coordinate with Pour Technician to keep lines in good condition.
• Start shop orders in ShopVue and report scrap for each order.
• Take daily attendance for Zone and communicate inaccuracies.
