Job summary

Alene Candles LLC & Midwest is a private label contract manufacturer with a NH headquarters and locations nationwide. The Pack End Lead role on FIRST shift is on-site in Milford, NH, with occasional overtime during peak season.

Hours are Monday–Thursday, 5:30am–3:30pm, with potential shifts based on business needs. The position pays $24.00 per hour and includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing
• Previous lead or supervisory experience
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to read manufacturing procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct production line operators
• Set up machines and equipment with the Pack Technician
• Monitor workflow to ensure quality and efficiency
• Perform data entry and record-keeping for production runs
• Identify issues and coordinate corrective actions across departments
