Job summary

Alene Candles LLC is seeking a Wicking Machine Technician for FIRST shift in Milford, NH. The role starts with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and hourly compensation of $23.00 with overtime potential during busy seasons.

You will set up machines, perform preventative maintenance, and monitor downtime while adhering to safety and 5S guidelines. Requires 12 months related experience and solid understanding of ERP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 12 months related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of wick types and sustainer differences.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up wicking machines with wick, sustainer, and tooling for various vessels.
• Perform preventative maintenance on wickers and maintain TPM.
• Document downtime and update ERP system daily.
• Follow 5S guidelines and safety policies.
• Assist in process improvement to reduce downtime.
