Alene Candles is seeking a Batch Technician I for the FIRST shift to support wax batch production onsite in Milford, NH. The role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and $24.00 per hour, with overtime potential during busy season.

Hours are 3:00 am–1:00 pm, Monday–Thursday, onsite at 51 Scarborough Lane. Responsibilities include following batch sheets, weighing components, mixing batches, and maintaining accurate records while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 12 months related experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs independently
• Follow batch sheets and standard formulas to identify and measure components
• Maintain accurate records of materials and batches
• Safety and clean working environment practices

Responsibilities

• Follow batch sheets and standard formulas to prepare and mix components for each batch
• Combine components in tanks to produce wax batches for fill lines
• Maintain accurate records of each drum and batch ingredients
• Monitor production schedules and communicate with supervision to meet demand
• Ensure equipment and area cleanliness and safe operation
