Alene Candles is hiring a Pack End Lead to manage the second shift on our on-site Milford, NH production line. The role includes supervising line operators, coordinating with maintenance and material handlers, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met.

The position pays $25.00 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered, split into two payments following 90 days of service. Overtime may be available during busy seasons.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a manufacturing lead or supervisory role.
• Ability to read and follow Manufacturing Assembly Procedures.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
• Experience with wax-based production preferred.
• Proven data entry and paperwork accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct all production line operators on the Pack End line.
• Set up machines and equipment; coordinate with Pack Technician & Material Handlers.
• Maintain 5S practices and a clean, safe work environment.
• Monitor production goals and line efficiency; implement improvements as needed.
• Assist with candle making activities to avoid downtime when required.
