Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision of hourly staff.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and manage budgets.
• Knowledge of OSHA/MSHA rules and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervises activities of hourly employees conducting land stripping & reclamation functions.
• Plans and prioritizes department objectives and scheduling.
• Supports recruitment and training of hourly staff.
• Ensures production targets and cost parameters are met.
• Maintains safety and environmental compliance across operations.
• Monitors equipment maintenance and repairs.
