Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in land striping & reclamation.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Construction materials industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities of hourly employees in land stripping & reclamation.
• Plan and prioritize department objectives to meet production goals.
• Manage scheduling within budget parameters.
• Participate in recruitment of hourly employees.
• Schedule department requirements to support daily, weekly and monthly operations.
• Coordinate with SHE department to promote a safe work environment.
• Maintain plant equipment and oversee repairs.
