Ferguson Enterprises is seeking a Second Shift machinist/fabricator in Front Royal, VA. You will cut, thread, bevel, groove, and weld various metals, matching tight tolerances from blueprints. You’ll operate cranes and forklifts, run checks, and stage materials with RF devices.

The role emphasizes ownership of your workspace and a strong safety mindset. The position offers a $1.50/hour shift differential on top of base pay, with guaranteed pay and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Trade school or military background highly respected.
• Hands-on machine experience required; pipe cutting/ threading a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn raw pipe into precision-fabricated product by cutting, threading, beveling, grooving, and welding steel, stainless, copper, thermoplastic, and PVC.
• Dial in machine setups and verify tight tolerances.
• Work confidently from blueprints and sketches.
• Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and lifting equipment.
• Run equipment checks, troubleshoot, and stage material with RF devices.
• Own your workspace and keep it squared away.
