Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) of experience in electrical assembly or related field.
• Ability to read basic drawings and schematics.
• Strong attention to details and workmanship.
• Good communication and teamwork in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assembling panel boxes, relay racks and related components.
• Drill, tap, countersink holes and assemble subassemblies as directed.
• Cut and connect cables according to schematics and label wires.
• Inspect, test, and correct issues to meet specifications.
• Keep workspace clean and organized daily.
• Inspect, test, and rectify issues to meet specs and tolerances.
• Learn schematics and component functionality to aid troubleshooting.
• Assist in final project stages including labeling and cleanup.
• Support other shop areas as needed by management.
