Job summary

Control Panels USA is seeking Assembly Technicians to join our growing team. Assembly Technicians will be laying out, assembling and wiring electrical control panels and relay racks.

The role requires 2+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience, and familiarity with electrical theory and schematics is a plus. We value detail-oriented, high-quality workmanship and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of assembly/manufacturing experience.
• Able to read schematics (can be taught).
• Knowledge of electrical theory is a plus (teachable).
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components using hand and power tools.
• Cut and connect cables and wires to panels.
• Label wires and install tags on panel boxes.
• Install company name plates and identification labels.
• Measure parts to determine tolerances using measuring instruments.
• Inspect, test, and adjust units to meet specs.
• Study schematics to diagnose panel functionality.
