Priority Dispatch Corp. in Texas is looking for an entry-level technician helper to assist lead technicians in assembling panel boxes, relay racks, and related tasks in the production facility.

You will read schematics, use hand and power tools, and follow procedures to ensure units meet specifications. We value reliability, attention to detail, and effective communication to support a safe, efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience and/or knowledge of electrical theory and/or electrical assembly.
• Ability to read schematics is required.
• Attention to detail in assembly and testing tasks.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead technician with assembling parts and components to panels, subassemblies or frames.
• Drill, tab, ream, countersink, and spot-face bolt holes using drill press and power drills.
• Cut and connect cables and wires to PLC cards, terminal blocks and relays per schematic specs.
• Label wires and components and install identification labels and tags.
• Study schematics to diagnose issues and understand unit functionality with supervision.
• Help with final project stages including labeling, documentation placement, and cleanup.
