Job summary
Industrial Electric Manufacturing (IEM) seeks an Operations Manager for our Jacksonville, FL facility to own the full production value stream and drive performance improvements. You will lead a cross-functional team, implement Lean principles, and partner with Planning, Materials, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and efficiency goals.
Note: this role requires 100% in-office presence in Jacksonville and operates on the second shift, 3pm–11:30pm.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
- Proven KPI improvement and lean project success.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data analysis.
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end production value stream performance.
- Lead cross-functional teams including production, quality, maintenance.
- Schedule production and optimize workflows.
- Lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs.
