Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership experience is required.
• Proven track record of KPI improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve KPIs including delivery, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead daily operations ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Manage and develop a cross-functional team.
• Partner with Planning and Materials for capacity alignment.
• Drive problem-solving using Lean tools and data.
• Champion Lean initiatives and eliminate waste.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
