Qualifications

• BS in Medical Technology or equivalent MT training.
• 1 year of lab training or high-complexity testing experience.
• ASCP certification or equivalent.
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with common laboratory equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform high- to moderate-complexity testing as part of patient care.
• Analyze, review, and report testing results.
• Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement solutions.
• Work in a fast-paced lab with biological and chemical hazards.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
